End-to-End Content System for a High-Growth AI SaaS

Overview
Procurement Sciences is an AI SaaS company helping government contractors find, win, and deliver complex government bids. As the company entered a critical growth phase, the goal was not just to produce content, but to build a scalable system that could support fundraising, brand authority, hiring, and revenue enablement at the same time.
We partnered closely with leadership to design and operate a full content engine. This included the launch of their Series B announcement, along with ongoing short-form and long-form video production and written LinkedIn content to elevate the founder’s personal brand and clarify the company’s positioning within the industry. Every asset was created with intention, aligning messaging across executive thought leadership, brand storytelling, and product education.
Beyond visibility, the system was designed to serve multiple functions across the business. Content was repurposed to support sales conversations, improve inbound lead quality, and equip the sales team with credible, trust-building assets. At the same time, consistent distribution helped attract high-caliber talent by showcasing culture, leadership, and mission. The result was a cohesive content system that scaled with the company and delivered value far beyond a single campaign.
